How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting the product, size and available options. For custom signage, logo signs or special-size projects, send us your artwork and requirements before ordering. Our team can review the details and guide you if needed.

Can I order a completely custom product?

Yes. Custom work is a major part of what we do. If you need a different size, shape, material, color, logo, design or specification that is not shown on the website, contact us with your requirements. We will confirm whether we can manufacture it and provide the appropriate quote.

What file should I send for my logo or artwork?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred because they provide the best production quality. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work depending on the product. If you are unsure about your file, send it to us and our team will check it before production.

Will I receive a proof before my custom product is made?

For custom products where artwork approval is required, we can provide a digital proof or confirm the production details before manufacturing. Please review names, spelling, dimensions, colors and other details carefully before approving the design.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order and artwork are confirmed, it moves into production. Depending on the product, this may include printing, cutting, CNC routing, laser cutting, fabrication, lamination, letter making, LED work and finishing. The completed product is then inspected, securely packed and prepared for shipment.

Can I change my design after placing an order?

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need a change. If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate it. Once a personalized product has entered production, changes may no longer be possible because materials may already have been printed, cut or fabricated specifically for your order.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity and level of customization. Simple printed products can usually be completed faster, while fabricated signage and custom logo signs require additional production time. The estimated processing time shown on the product page should be considered before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Artavia Print Mart serves customers internationally. Shipping availability, cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination, package dimensions and product type.

How will my order be packed?

We pack each product according to its material, dimensions and construction. Custom signs and fabricated products receive protective packaging designed to reduce the risk of movement or damage during transportation.

Custom Products, Returns & Order Issues

Can I return a custom-made product?

Because personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer’s artwork, dimensions and requirements, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind after production.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production error on our side, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the outer packaging and the damaged area of the product as soon as possible and contact us with your order details. Keeping the original packaging until the issue is reviewed can also be helpful.

What if there is a mistake in my custom sign?

If the finished product differs from the artwork or specifications that were approved due to a production error on our side, contact us with photos and your order information. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the product matches artwork or information approved by the customer, customer-approved spelling, sizing or design errors are generally not considered production defects.

Products, Materials & Options

Do you offer products that are not listed on the website?

Yes. Our website represents only part of our production capabilities. We also handle custom printing, signage and fabrication projects that may not yet have a standard product listing. Send us your requirements and we can confirm whether the project can be produced.

Can you make custom sizes and shapes?

Yes. Many of our products can be manufactured in custom dimensions and shapes. Available options depend on the material, production method and shipping limitations.

What types of custom products do you make?

Our capabilities include custom logo signs, acrylic signage, 3D letters, aluminum channel letters, LED signs, business signage, banners, window graphics, decals, wall graphics, vehicle graphics and other custom printed or fabricated branding products.

What printing equipment do you use?

Our in-house printing setup includes I3200 eco-solvent printing, Konica 512i large-format printing, print-and-cut plotter equipment, and hot and cold lamination.

Having these processes in-house gives us greater control over print quality, finishing and production consistency.

Do you manufacture signs in-house?

Yes. Our production capabilities include large-format printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, bending, letter making, lamination and signage fabrication. This allows different stages of a custom project to be handled within our production setup rather than relying entirely on outsourced manufacturing.

What materials do you work with?

Material selection depends on the product. We work with materials commonly used for professional printing and signage, including acrylic, aluminum, PVC foam board, vinyl, banner materials, ACP and other fabrication materials.

For custom projects, we select the material according to the required appearance, application and construction.

Will printed colors look exactly the same as my screen?

Not always. Screens display colors using light, while printed materials reproduce colors using inks, so slight differences can occur. Monitor settings, brightness and the material being printed can also affect how a color appears.

We aim for consistent, professional print results, but an exact screen-to-print color match cannot always be guaranteed.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Many of our signage products can be made for outdoor use, but suitability depends on the material, construction, lighting system and installation environment. Check the individual product specifications or contact us before ordering if the sign will be exposed to outdoor conditions.

How durable are your products?

Durability varies by product, material, installation method and environment. Indoor signs may last for many years under normal conditions, while outdoor products are affected by sunlight, weather and exposure. We use materials appropriate to the intended application and can recommend suitable options for custom projects.

Custom Logo & LED Signs

Can you make a sign using my business logo?

Yes. Send us your logo or artwork along with the approximate size and any preferences for material, lighting or finish. We can manufacture the sign according to your branding and production requirements.

Do you make illuminated and non-illuminated signs?

Yes. Depending on the design, we can manufacture both illuminated and non-illuminated signage. Available lighting styles vary by construction and can include front-lit, back-lit or halo-style effects.

Can you help if I don’t have a production-ready design?

Yes. Send us the best version of your logo or artwork that you have. Our team can review it and let you know what is required before production.
