Products & Services
Artavia Print Mart provides custom printing, signage and fabrication services.
Our products may include custom business signs, acrylic signs, illuminated and LED signs, banners, decals, window graphics, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, logo signs and other custom-made products.
Product specifications and pricing may vary depending on size, material, artwork, quantity, finishing and fabrication requirements.
Custom Orders
Products manufactured according to a customer’s logo, artwork, dimensions, text, colors or other specifications are considered custom orders.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order or requesting a quotation.
Production may begin after the required specifications, artwork and payment have been received and, where applicable, the artwork has been approved.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our website apply to the options and specifications shown at the time of purchase.
Custom dimensions, materials, quantities, fabrication requirements or special finishing may require a separate quotation.
Prices may change without prior notice. Once an order has been confirmed, the agreed price will normally remain unchanged unless the customer requests modifications to the order.
Payments
Payment must be completed through an available payment method before production begins unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Orders may be placed on hold if payment, artwork or required order information is incomplete.
Artwork & Design Policy
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted logos, artwork, text, spelling, dimensions and other information are correct.
For the best production quality, vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are preferred where applicable. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be accepted depending on the product.
If a supplied file is not suitable for production, our team may request a higher-quality file or discuss available artwork preparation options.
Artwork Approval
For custom products requiring design confirmation, a digital proof may be provided before production.
The proof allows the customer to review the layout, text, dimensions, logo placement and general appearance of the product.
Customers should carefully check all details before approving the artwork.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Changes After Approval
If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes.
Once printing, cutting, fabrication or another production process has begun, changes may require additional charges or may no longer be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.
Color & Production Disclaimer
Colors displayed on phones, computers and other screens may differ slightly from the finished product because screens and physical materials reproduce colors differently.
We make reasonable efforts to achieve accurate and consistent results, but an exact screen-to-print color match cannot always be guaranteed.
Minor variations may also occur due to materials, printing processes, lighting, production batches and finishing methods.
Custom fabricated and handmade signage may have small production tolerances in dimensions, positioning, assembly or finishing. Normal production variations that do not materially affect the appearance or intended use of the product are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property & Customer-Supplied Content
By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, text or other content to Artavia Print Mart, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or licenses for copyrighted or trademarked material submitted for production.
Artavia Print Mart is not responsible for intellectual property claims resulting from artwork, logos, designs or other content supplied or specifically requested by a customer.
Content, graphics, branding and original materials published on the Artavia Print Mart website may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may generally be cancelled before production begins.
Once artwork preparation, printing, cutting, fabrication or other production work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If work has already been completed or production costs have already been incurred, these costs may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund.
Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer, orders normally cannot be cancelled once substantial production has begun.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
Artavia Print Mart serves customers internationally and ships to destinations supported by our available shipping carriers.
Shipping availability for oversized or specially fabricated products may depend on the product dimensions, weight and destination.
Production & Processing Time
Production time depends on the product type, quantity, materials, artwork approval and fabrication requirements.
Estimated production times displayed on a product page, provided during checkout or included in a quotation are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
Custom fabricated signage may require more production time than standard printed products.
Production time and shipping/transit time are separate.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the destination, package dimensions, weight, quantity and selected shipping method.
Where available, shipping costs may be calculated during checkout. Large, oversized or specially fabricated orders may require a separate shipping quotation.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed and the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering early enough to allow for both production and shipping.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after a shipping label is created.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout or in a written quotation, any customs duties, import taxes or similar destination charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs clearance procedures and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities and are outside the direct control of Artavia Print Mart.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the shipment has not already been dispatched.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package promptly after delivery.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please keep the original packaging and take clear photographs of the package, shipping label, damaged area, product and protective packaging.
Contact us with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue so our team can review the case and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check the delivery location and contact the carrier where appropriate. You may also contact our team for further assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements and claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect products are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Because many Artavia Print Mart products are custom-made or personalized, we recommend reviewing the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Product Installation
Unless installation is specifically included in the product description, quotation or order confirmation, products are supplied without installation services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that signage and other products are installed correctly and safely for their intended location.
Professional installation may be required for illuminated, electrical, large or permanently mounted signage depending on the product and applicable local requirements.
Artavia Print Mart is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification or improper handling after delivery.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing accurate and up to date.
Product photographs, digital previews and mockups are provided to help customers understand the product. The actual finished product may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, lighting, dimensions and production methods.
If an obvious pricing, specification or website error is identified after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to correct the issue before proceeding with production.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artavia Print Mart will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from shipping delays, incorrect customer-supplied information, improper installation, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
